But in America, tip is not the only abused concept. School collect tuition that students become customers. Teachers lost their leverage over students. Patients pay for health care. doctors can not only consider the well-being of patients but also the financial aspects of treatments. Some doctors really abuse the system to make them rich on these poor saps...
