请问那是什么东西 (图)

从Minneapolis到chicago的路上，看到两边都是农庄。几乎每座房子附近都有1－2个碉堡一样的东西，像是铁皮做的（见图中那2个柱子），不懂。问旁边的老黑，说是用来feeding animal。到底是什么东西，有人知道嘛？
