You violate the Wise rule so it returns the money back to the original source which is not you but your parents. It is not allowed. (probably due to Anti Money Laundery Laws).
In the process Wise itself DID incur some services. It is reasonable to me it charges you some fee, though the $80 is a bit steep - whether it is based on percentage or a fixed fee, no idea.
Yet, you made the mistake while not checking the rules, but blame Wise, and want it to compensate you for your mistake?! Excuse me? I think you are the CHEAP ONE, not Wise.
