Hyatt Place FRA is 6500 pts for our night, UR 1 to 1, so it is $65.  Breakfast included but we really wont need much because after check in we would head to LH's lounge airside. (I think UA uses LH's Senator lounge but need to make sure).

Hilton is 64K pts or 217 Euro after tax, that is equivalent to $243 - 4x of the Hyatt Place cost.

Hilton Garden Inn (across the Hall) is slightly cheaper at 50K or 180 Euro equal to $202.

Both dont incl breakfast as we no longer are HHonor Golds.  We have long given up on Hilton but concentrate on Marrott.  We also Xed the Surpass cards long time ago.
