GND filters are a must for landscape photographers, (图)


eventhough nowadays exposure can be adjusted in PS. I do most of work on camera, though. CPL is not very effective in situations like this. In PS, pick the lasso tool and feature it by 30 to 40 pixel. Select the area you want to adjust, in your case the sunlit area. Adjust level, darkness/contrast/color saturation, to bring out the effect you want. This is not the best way to do it, but probably the easiest, for now. I gave it a try, for your reference.
