Fidelity 和 Schwab 的ATM cards都是  Forex free and reimburse ATM fee.  Fido reimburses it after each withdrawal, Schwab reimburses once a month at the beginning of the month.

经常出去旅行的人应该有 Forex Free 的信用卡和 Forex Free ATM Fee reimburse 的提款卡  你的汇率是 million dollar rate 的汇率 比在任何地方用鈔票換的要好.  要注意的是 一定要选 charge bank account with LOCAL Currency.  千万不要受騙选 Conversion to your card's currency.  那個会 add 3 to 5% mark up.
