Arch should be the first

I strongly recomment Arch. The geographic landscape is really unique and fantastic. You may have to take some short trip to reach Delicate Arch and Landscape Arch.But they are worth to do. One day visit is OK but will be very exhausted because it is very hot out there. Motels in Moab just outside of park are not cheap.

Zion is great, but if you do not spend a little bit more time there you will not enjoy it. Walking in the Narrow may take about half day. You have to walk in water, almost reach your chest in one or two spot. Hiking all the way to top of AngelLanding is a similar experience to that on Hua Shan (Shaxi, near Xian) Most people will be chicken out before the last 500ft climb to the top.This trip will take whole day. But it rewarding.

Bryce is OK, 30min to finish it unless you want to take some walk.
