明知是旅游论坛，问个体育用品问题：如何买滑雪用具

记得在这里见过一段说如何买便宜货的帖子。

俺是在旧金山湾区的滑雪新手，租赁滑雪器具太贵，就想买新的。到铺子里一看，怎么两根滑雪板比鞋子还贵，本来想就两块铁皮来着。在店里俺看到的便宜价钱是鞋子$150左右（中间价$200左右），板子$300左右（中间价说不清楚），poles$20左右，护镜没看见。

问题：
1。怎么个价格算得上拣了大便宜
2。如不急着用，什么季节月份比较容易得到好价钱
3。一年去多少天滑雪的值得买，而不是租
4。不好意思，光围着价钱转悠了。那什么，什么样的器具对初学者比较合适？等俺成了大拿了，又要换什么样的？这个问题可能有点大。
