登山要讲衣服可以穿脱，还有轻便。那天温度很高，阳光灿烂，所以我多穿几层，便于穿脱。

4. 下面穿了比较薄的Columbia的hiking pants， 因为天热

5. Solomon X Ultra Winter CS WP 2 Boots, 有insulation

6. 要戴baseball hat, 有太阳，要擦防晒霜。有人没擦就晒红了
