Treatment For Free

The year before I went back to China with two western friends. One day one of them went out with me after dinner for a short walk around the 4-star hotel.

While we walked passing by a row of stores, a woman in her early 30s approaching me and pulled me alongside. Then she said to me in such a low voice in Chinese that only my friend and me can hear: Hi, Sir, would your friend like to have a massage or ...? I got some young and fresh girls available in a safe place, let me know his room number and I will send one of them to his service. Of course, if you can persuade your friend to use our service, I will send the best looking girl to your room for free.

I was amused but refused of course, but my mused amusement didn't escape from my friend's notice, so he asked me what that lady told me. I have to give out a good laugh and told him she came to try to sell us some crap stuff. He looked at me, and said: You are a hopeless liar.

Well...I have to admit I am not very good at white lies, but I was really relunctant to tell him the truth. It was my home country at last, my beloved homeland and my people...what else can I say? _:$
