Our cabin was 5 decks below top deck and 5 decks above plaza so I climbed 5 decks to buffet area, walked down 5 decks to dining room - at least 3 to 5 round trips a day.
Also spent about an hour a day on sea days doing treadmill, swim against current, or just walked the promanade deck (2.3 loop = 1 mile).
Did not exercise at port days.
