Realblue: SGP redemption levels will go up Feb 1

If you have a good chunk of balance, you may want to make some redemptions for the next 18 months to avoid devaluation.

You probably already knew your beloved St.Regis NYC is Cat 7 come Feb 1.

Most other hotels will go up between 1 cat to as much as 4 cat (!). Of course if you can redeem now you can lock in the levels. However if you need to change plan after Feb 1, it would be based on the new levels.

I dont have many SPG pts other than trying to lock in a night at SYD in May.
