Rental car insurance DOES NOT COVER Injury nor death

The insurance we discussed here is for the CAR itself - does not cover any bodily injury or death - whether it is your own or the injured 3rd parties.

Like I said, NY State has legislation that is more in favor for consumers largely because 90% of NYC residents dont own a car, therefore, dont own a car insurance policy - so they dont have any liability coverage.

The bodily injury and death coverage comes out from your own car policy - has nothing to do with rental company insurance, nor CC coverage.
