so you have a stiff neck and back...must have got it from sitting infront of compjuter for too long...that's one reason i will never ever look for an office work any more...i would rather work in a restaurant than sitting in an office facing the stupid computer 7,8 hours a day...every week..every month..i have had it enough..soon will be the time to fire my bosses...who think they are my bosses...hehehe
