只吃过stone crabs钳子，没吃过身子，并不觉得好吃，

也许做得不好。去FL时，当地人告说抓stone crabs他们只把钳子拔下，身子扔回海里还会再长钳子, 觉得好残忍的。太平洋岸还有一种Rock Crab，壳硬得几乎要锤子砸，没卖的，但能钓到。有耐心吃的话倒是美味。
