the beautiful sunset at Grand Canyon, Arches, Bryce, Monument Valley, ...

You may want to stop by Horseshoe Bend just south of Page on day 8. It's about a hour's roundtrip hiking.

You may also want to take a ride on Byway-128 at moab, go half-way and come back. It's a nice view there and costs you about 2 hours.
