King Tut has his first stop in our town, Ft.Lauderdale

It was a hugely successful and profitable event for our museum.

I also like Art Institute in Chicago - it has lots of Oriental arts as permanent exhibitions. Last time we went, the special event was arts in Himalaya, very eye-opening. Every Thursday evening is free at Art Institute, thanks to Ford Foundation.

Lincoln Park and the compact but very complete, zoo, is free year-round.
