If it's Volki, it would be fiber core, more responsive and

exciting to ski on but don't last as long. Wood core is more stable and gives you more ski days. I bought Volant for its wood core and stability but I'll probably switch to fiber core for my next skis.

Wonder how those newer twin tip skis work?
