Do not buy All-inclusive. You won't eat at hotel if you go out often.

You can join tour group for Chichen and Tulum. I didn't see anyone use carseat.

They have a big Wal-Mart there.

If you have big family, it is better to rent a car. We tried bus, and it was not very convenient.
