傻瓜机-how do you do #1 and #2,

how do you get the background so blur, tell me the detial features that you set up. i am using 傻瓜机 too. couldn't make backgroud that blur. or 傻瓜机 have different level too? i assume that all your pictures are without ps. as i know your "innocent" style. :-)
