There is a line waiting before the cable trail.

The rule said no pass. In practice, if the person before you agree and is willing to do so,
there will be a pass.

When the trail is crowed, pass sometines is made by going out of the two cables and pass by outside cable. We did such a pass over that specially slow person. We get used to the trail after while :-)
