龙虾 is tricky to cook - overcooked it became rubber
undercooked it became "watery".
I believe if you ever taste some that is cooked just right, whether it is Chinese style or Western style, you would change your mind.
Also, the Atlantic lobster is no comparison to the Spiny lobster in Caribbean and in Pacific. However, most people only know about Atlantic lobster.
One of the best tasted lobster we ever had, was in Thailand.
