请问去Costa Rica要在机场留下绿卡吗？

在大使馆网站上发现有这样一条：

Note 2: Permanent residents must submit their residency card (i.e. green card), which must be  valid for at least six months.

不明白啥意思。给使馆打了半天电话全是自动留言，没人接听。

 

请去过的朋友给点信息。谢谢啦。
