请教顾剑：关于跨行提款手续费对方银行收费你的银行决定不了吧

举例来说，我的银行是Wachovia, 我在美国。有一次需要现钞，我就在CitiBank的取款机上提了款，CitiBand收了我$5手续费，这个费用，我的银行是决定不了的吧。对方银行charge的费用问自己的银行得不到答案吧.

应该是国内国外手续费一个样。这是理论上。实际上：--嘿嘿，我没试过。
据我的银行说，他们国内国外收费是一样的：国内跨行取款收1.5 flat fee，在英国取款当然也是跨行(这是中小银行，不象HSBC，Bank of America那样全球有分支)，也只收1.5美元flat fee。
again，各个银行收费不同。问你自己的银行最紧要。
