you missed up Q1 & Q2 visa

Q 1 visa needs 申请人与邀请人之间的家庭成员亲属关系（配偶、父母、子女、子女的配偶、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女以及配偶的父母）证明（结婚证、出生证、公安派出所出具的亲属关系证明或亲属关系公证书等）复印件。 Q2 does not needs this. I have just checked the web site of Chinese Embassy in Washington DC.
