I just visited Cedar Breaks National Monument

last week. It's good, but, well, if you plan to go to Bryce Canyon, then, no regret if you skip it. It's similar to Bryce Canyon (and much smaller). Some parts of the road is very steep, you can't drive a regular car if there is snow.
