Go to any Alaska tourist website and you should be able to find tons of tour companies offer grizzly bear viewing. A very well known place is Katmai National Park, accessible from Anchorage by small planes (operated by tour companies), where many of the fishing grizzilies are filmed.

Southeastern Alaska, the pan handle, also has a few places that offer these tours.
