If long hikes are not on your menu, then you can get around the major roads in Yellowstone in two full days. Grand Teton takes another day or two. There are two short hike options for Grand Teton: 1. Take the ski lift to about 10000 feet and there are trails going close to glaciers (allocate 4-5 hours for that); 2. Take the shuttle boat at Jenny Lake to Hidden Falls and go up to Inspiration Point (and further, depends on your capacity); allocate 4-5 hours for the rides and hike. Generally hiking trails in Yellowstone are not as scenic as in Grand Teton.
