在哪里换欧元比较合适？

因为5月份要去欧洲玩一圈，最近一直在准备。今天下午去银行想换些欧元和CHF，但银
行给的rate和我在网上查的有差别.  For example, 在网上查到的，1CHF=$1.14, 但银行给
的是$1.19.  欧元网上是$1.38, 银行给的是1.46. 最后算下来，按照银行的rate换和网上的r
ate比，我要亏300多美元。如果几十美元就算了，但300美元, it is simply too big of a #
to ignore. 刚才给银行打电话，把transaction cancel掉。
有谁知道在哪里可以拿到比较合适的rates? 有啥debit card比较给力？我已经有chase
sapphire prefer了，但总觉得去欧洲，人生地不熟的，还需要带些cash，以防万一。
I mean im not expecting to get the online rate, but ideally, i wanna to get a rate thats
as close as possible to the online rate, the question is how?
不好意思，最近总是问关于去欧洲的问题，从时间，路程到机票，现在又是换钱。总之，
人生地不熟的，法语就知道个笨猪，没戏，意大利语就知道个超。 第一次去欧洲，saying
i have butterflies in my stomach is kinda an under statement.  不像在美国，想去那里，
订个旅馆，开车/坐飞机就去了, 没有语言，货币的问题。
