根据美国海关和边境保护局（CBP)和美国务院颁布的“签证自动再有效”条款（Visa Automatic

Revalidation），你父母持已失效的B2签证，乘游轮去加勒比海出游，然后再返美国的条件如下：

1. Readmission from contiguous territory 。

2. Readmission after an absence not exceeding 30 days

3. In possession of Form I-94 endorsed to show an unexpired period of initial admission or extension of stay

4. M-1student must also present a properly endorsed SEVIS Form I-20MN （与你们无关）

5. In possession of a valid passport, unless exempt

6. Does not require authorization for admission under the INA 212(d)(3) （与你们无关）

7. Has not applied for a new visa while abroad

8. Has maintained and intends to resume nonimmigrant status
