求教签证：去11-night Western Europe Cruise

我美国绿卡，中国公民，想12月中参加这个邮轮，路线如下：

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy - At Sea - Cartagena, Spain -Gibraltar, Gibraltar - Cadiz, Spain - Li*****on, Portugal -Li*****on, Portugal - Leixoes, Portugal - At Sea - At Sea -Harwich, United Kingdom - Rotterdam, Netherlands

请问是需要办Schengen签证吗？还需要办别的吗？Schengen是办去Italy的吗？我住在圣地亚哥，去那里办？需要多长时间可以拿到签证？
