What is the best way to CDG airport (Paris) from Latin quater

I am going to visit Paris in July, will stay at Latin quater (Very close to Notre Dame), the closest metro is "Saint Michel Notre Dame", what is the best way to get to CDG airport??? By train or Taxi? How long will it usually take?? Our flight departure time is 10:50AM.
