How far below are Milford Sound or Fjords in Norway?

Fjords in Norway does not have the same mountains. Northern Fjords has snow on it, but no glaciers. Most snow will melt in summer. Plus, the Banff lakes are much prettier. Some of the Norwaygian Fjords are difficult to get there. And hotel/hospital facilities are not as good as Banff.
