Cancun trip recommendation

Just booked a trip to Cancun in Feb. and will stay in hotel zone with two kids.  Looking for recommendations on booking transportation between airport and the hotel on the day arrival and on the day departure besides taxi.  Also, interested in visting Xcaret for one day only.  Any recommendations to get there and back to the hotel.   thanks in advance.
