...it really depends on your strength. in fact your current plan is possible for a very fit person, plus a blessed weather. (i do not recall strong wind during the climb in the noon time, as did most people). On the other hand, the torres seem to be covered by the clouds from time to time, so you will need a sunny day to get good photos.
