Mar. April are not good weather in Northern part of Europe, still too cold but the hotel and air ticket are cheap. Southern part of Europe like Italy and Spain, south France are ok. July-Aug are good season but too many people so the cost of air ticket/hotel will be higher.

But the 2nd week end of July in Europe is the sale day, you can buy those branded shoes, cloths at the big discount. Most of the local people are hunting for everything.

Also the weather is ok, not such hot.
