.. Brasilia was indeed very special, different from other cities/capitals.. designed as a gigantic airplane (viewed from landing/taking off), with the cockpit seats the government buildings...the parliament (a WHS) offers free postage to every visitor's postcard.. i happened to be there on their national day a few years ago, and was able to get on the ctr tv tower to have a aerial view of the city.
