Just be careful 骗子. It is normally in Download area, around 步行街. Two beautiful young ladies who can speak English will come to ask you to help you to find a location, then they will try to talk to you to go a 酒吧. You can image the remaining story if you go. I met a couple of them when I was there. Just don't pay attention to them.
