You can forget about Kootenay NP, waste of time (compared to the other ones).
Best lakes (my taste):
1. Moraine lake (near Lk Louise); early morning is best. Otherwise you'll have back-light. The color of the lk is amazing.
2. Peyto Lake;
3. Bow lake;
4. Maligne Lk(jasper);
The above are the must.

Others include lake Louise,Medicine Lake (Jasper), etc.

Your time is too tight; in my opinion, enough for Banff ,Yoho, and Jasper only(and even for them, still too tight).
