how to trade UA e-certificate for cash

Our family of 4 made a trip last year.  The trip went horribly due to UA's fault.  So they provided us some e-certiicate as a way to say sorry.

We don't plan to use UA again.  Is there anyway that I can trade the certificate for cash so that we can use it for a different airline?
