比较加州与其他美国大城市的TRAFFIC/DRIVING

如果你旅游过加州，还有别的大城市，比如CHICAGO, TWIN CITIES, BOSTON，etc. 你觉得旅游去加州租车开很困难吗？很危险吗？还是比起其他几个大城市也差不多？
