You truely spoke out my most concerned part - driving on a winding road at ~30mph. The current plan is to drive up to 170 mile a day in that area, which means up to 6 hours per day and left ~4 hours' daylight time per day.

You also remind me of the most winding road I drove in the Black Hill area where I could barely make 30mph and had to keep my eye wide open. That was an truely intensive one hour driving. It would be extremely challenging to do that for 6 hours a day.
