It is tough to cover all the NPs and NMs. I guess you only have enough time to drive to the vista point and take some pictures.

According to my last year's experience, Holiday Inn in Moab is good, close to both Arch and Canyonland. Book a lodge in Yellostone early, before all are gone. In Mt. Rushmore, some campground has cabin, it is cheap and OK.

You really need to book a room early since you have kid with you and a very very tight schedule.
