4 safety:do not recommend driving in SF or LA for you

if you just new to US. Both SF & LA and Hwy 1 could be quite challenging for someone who is not familiar with the roads, especially if you haven't been an experienced driver in US even though you may have been a driver in other countries. This is an accident waiting to happen. You will be ok without a car inside the city of San Francisco since public transporation is well developed in SF, not so in LA.
