LAN is ridiculous

wokring by e-mail with their reservattion staff now. They already booked for me and asked me to "pay reservation" at website. But when i input confirmation code and last name, it showed "data imcomplete, call central office".

i e-mail the reservation staff again. If the e-mail dose not work, maybe i call Peru.
