今天头一次被推进医院手术室。做了epidural steroid injection (ESI)。又是输氧，又是麻醉，没感到痛，不到半个小时就完了。现在卧床休息。闲着也是闲着。今天贴一个短的。下面是我们去的Mountain River Rafting。

这是Rafting的起点

30尺的竹筏，限作2人。LD和女儿一起。

水流缓慢。

船老大站在船头，有点大虾的风范

行道中途，船老大把船停住。上数去砍椰子去了

砍了5个椰子。现切开，另外砍了几个细竹子做吸管。我们足喝了一顿

还采来了鲜花给LD

又采了两把花。这两把花有区别，有白花的那个不能给小孩。

在看什么？

有Fresh Water Shrimp。个头还挺大

船老大说这是Forest Flame。

船夫把竹筏拉回去

挺好玩的。在青山绿水中慢慢地漂流而下，让我忘记了其他的烦恼。
