Questions for 'Car Parking in Italy'?

Hi,

I plan to visit Italy and would like to rent a car to drive to Florence, Venice and Milan after visiting Rome.

My question is: How difficulty to find a parking space in 各个景点?

If difficult, should I park my car in a parking garage and take the bus or subway?
