Pretty good prices, but a few points

1. Day 7 & 8 would not make any sense unless you plan it that way for the pure purpose of swapping rental car 1 with rental car 2. My guess is rental car 1 and rental car 2 combined is a much better deal than staying with rental car 1 all the way and return rental car 1 in Vancouver

2. Day trip to Victoria is too tight, no room for error and it better not be on a weekend if you are taking the car onto the ferry.

3. No need to visit Vancouver Chinatown.

4. Day 12 and Day 13 should be switched. From Victoria, taking the ferry through the San Juan's is one the most scenic routes in North America. If you have a car, take the car ferry. Without a car, there is Victoria Clipper that will land you in Seattle downtown. You need to check the price on this one.

5. That Duck tour is available in many cities, probably one of the most touristic things you can do. Take a boat ride through Ballard Locks or free weekend sailings/steamboat rides offered at the Center for Wooden Boat on Lake Union (advance reservation by phone) would be more interesting, in my opinion.

6. Obviously, you will miss Olympic National Park, Mt Rainier and Shuksan, 3 combined could easily take 1 week or more. But after the Rockies, these would be overkill like having a buffet : )
