大家来讨论一下哪些美国信用卡国外使用没有或很少fee？

上次有谁说Capital One欧洲用没有fee,谁有经验？另外加拿大用有没有fee,跟欧洲一样多吗？

三月去希腊回来发现光信用卡的fee就付了近三百。三张卡的fee都差不多。
