I can't remember I've been to Fayetteville, AR or not. I've been to one of the county fairs in that region. Also, Wal-Marts world headquarter is in Bentonsville, AR, very close to Fayetteville. Plus, there's Buffalo National River.

for Denver, if you travel on Thanksgiving weekend, you can leave on Wed afternoon and come back Sunday evening. by this way you may have 3 or 3.5 days to enjoy.
